Amit Lalit Jain has over 15 years of rich experience in finance and accounts, operations, and production management within the imitation jewellery sector. Leveraging his academic background in BSC Information Technology, Amit blends technical proficiency with practical manufacturing expertise to drive efficiency, innovation, and quality. He possesses in-depth knowledge of chemicals and electroplating processes, enabling the company to maintain superior finishing standards, consistent quality, and enhanced durability across its product range. Amit’s leadership has been instrumental in optimizing procurement strategies, strengthening financial controls, streamlining operations, and expanding production capabilities.

Hanissh Kanakraj Jaain

Mr. Hanissh Kanakraj Jaain has experience of overseeing end-to-end Sales, marketing and procurement of imitation jewellery, with a focus on quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. He is Master of Commerce from Mumbai University in 2005. Hanissh Kanakraj Jaain has versatile experience in sales and marketing, procurement, and supplier management within the imitation jewellery industry. Hanissh’s relationship-building skills, combined with his operational insight, have enabled Midaas H&A to forge long-term partnerships with key clients, distributors, and raw material vendors, supporting the company’s sustained growth in a competitive market.

CA Ashish Bakliwal

CA. Ashish Bakliwal is graduate in commerce and Fellow Chartered Accountant qualified in 2009. He has completed Diploma in Information System Audit (ISA) and Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from ICAI. He has also completed Post Graduate Certificate in Senior Leadership Program from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has 15 years of experience in the field of Valuations, Enterprise Risk Management, Management Consulting, Tax Consultancy, Auditing and Assurance.
